Infusion Asian Restaurant

Situated on Bar 333’s mezzanine level and overlooking Regimental Square through floor to ceiling windows is Bar 333’s Infusion Restaurant.

Head Chef Darrien Potaka and his team cook up a fabulous and fresh menu of delectable dishes inspired by flavours from across Asia and served up with a contemporary twist.

A constant fixture in the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide since its opening in 2003, Infusion Restaurant provides the Sydney CBD with a much needed relaxed yet corporate dining venue with sensational and affordable dishes made to share amongst friends, colleagues and clients.
