Head Chef Nghia Dinh-vu and his team cook up a fabulous and fresh menu of delectable dishes inspired by flavours from across Asia and served up with a contemporary twist. A constant fixture in the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide since its opening in 2003, Infusion Restaurant provides the Sydney CBD with a much needed relaxed yet corporate dining venue with sensational and affordable dishes made to share amongst friends, colleagues and clients.
